This is Pillar candle, you don't need any special candle holder but must ise a simple plate (non-flammable plate) to protect your surfaces from heat and hot wax.
Natural waxes are susceptible to temperature fluctuations and humidity. If may affect the appearance of the candle with cracks, expansion or shrinking as well as frosting which is a natural phenomenon when the temperature has dramatically changed. This does not affect the quality of candle.
